Dallan Ormsby
Managing Director & Founder
Dallan is a values-led leader committed to high quality standards and positive outcomes for people with disabilities and vulnerable individuals. With 16 years volunteering and professionally supporting people across homelessness, critical care, intellectual, mental health and physical disabilities. Dallan has acquired 15 years of senior leadership experience, inclusive of 5 years in human resource management for a global market-leading company, he brings a proven value-adding mindset in success and leadership. Dallan's motivation is driven by humble beginnings, personal hardship, supporting his family through life difficulties, and serving the community through ministry — most importantly, a belief that it is his calling cultivated with God-given talents. He seeks to empower and uplift personal belief in purpose and belonging too as many vulnerable individuals as possible in our communities.
Corom McCarthy
Managing Director & Founder
Corom is a dedicated and compassionate leader with 20+ years extensive experience supporting young people facing complex social, emotional and behavioural challenges. Skilled in building positive relationships and connection while promoting personal development, he creates safe, supportive environments that encourage growth and accountability. Through Corom's lived life experience and professional development, he is committed to helping young people develop life skills, resilience and confidence, while working collaboratively with families, community services and multidisciplinary teams. Known for a calm, patient and professional approach, Corom has a strong focus on uplifting young people to achieve positive outcomes and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
